Married At First Sight Season 15 Reunion revealed many things about the participants. 

According to TV Insider, Alexis and Krysten remain single. They have embraced their singlehood and are currently working on their career and themself. They also went on a double date with two men they met online, Alexis might have fallen for her date but Krysten still has some doubts before plunging into dating.

Morgan and Binh are on good terms as friends, they meet at the gym for a quick fight on the mats but end up agreeing to keep their friendship on good terms. Their expression of feelings might have provided them with relief. 

Mitch is handling his latest stage of life well, he attended Krysten's party and gave her a well-written thoughtful note with a gift but the note left Krysten wondering if she made the right call on Decision Day. They do not get to a conclusion as Alexis pulls Krysten away.
